We are looking to hire a Youth Pastor (16hrs p/w) to join our staff team on an initial 12month contract.
The Youth Pastor will be responsible for establishing and developing the youth ministry of Light Church. Through leadership and direction, they will create spaces, build team and train leaders to empower, disciple and encourage young people. The Youth Pastor will ensure that the young people (10/11yrs-16yrs) are involved and heard within the wider church and are equipped with everything they need for their spiritual formation as they navigate the culture of today.
